FLOW by BRYVO
Checklists that actually get checked
The jobs that have to happen every day — opening up, closing down, the weekly stock check — shouldn't depend on someone remembering. FLOW is in development now.
What it'll do
One list, everyone reads from it
Still being built. This is the shape of it so far.
Opening and closing
A checklist that has to be completed, not just glanced at, before the doors do.
Who's responsible
Assign a task to a person, not a team. Nothing hides behind “someone will do it.”
Recurring by default
Set it up once. Daily, weekly, whatever the job actually needs.
Flags what's missed
A task that doesn't get done by the deadline gets noticed, not buried.
Standard procedures
Write the process once so it's done the same way whoever's on shift.
Feeds into SHELF
A missed stock check in FLOW is a gap SHELF can point straight at.
Why it's next
Stock is only half of it
SHELF tells you what's on the shelf. It doesn't tell you whether this morning's delivery got checked in, or whether the fridge temperatures got logged. That's the other half of running a shop — the jobs that have to happen whether or not anyone's watching.
A missed task should be noticed the same day, not discovered a month later.
FLOW is that half. Same approach as SHELF: a standalone tool, priced and sold on its own. Buy it if you need it, ignore it if you don't — it will never quietly become a requirement for the products you already use.
FLOW questions
Before you ask
No date yet — we said the same about rushing SHELF and were glad we didn't. Register interest and we'll email you when there's something to see, not before.
FLOW is priced and sold on its own. Buying SHELF never obliges you to buy FLOW — same as every BRYVO product.
More than you'd think this early. Tell us what wastes your week and it genuinely shapes what gets built first.
