We will most likely build on Shopify because it is genuinely good. If your project would be better on something else, we will tell you rather than sell you what we prefer.
We say no to work we would do badly
Turning down money is uncomfortable. Doing a bad job with somebody's livelihood is worse.

No. We build business websites as well as ecommerce stores. Shopify is our speciality and it is what most projects end up on, but it is not compulsory — if your requirements point somewhere else, we will use something that suits them better and explain why.
Yes, and a good share of our work is exactly that. A business website starts at £695 and is built around what your business actually needs rather than a fixed page count.
Most likely Shopify, because it is well built, well hosted and easy for you to run afterwards. If your project would be better served by something else, we will say so before you commit to anything.
Yes. Redesigns start at £595 and we work in a duplicate, so whatever is live keeps running while we build. The final figure depends on the size of the site, how many templates it has and how much is being changed.
Business websites start at £695. Shopify stores start at £1,495, with more involved builds at £2,495 and bespoke work from £4,995. Every figure is a starting price and the scope is agreed in writing first.
Two to four weeks for most builds once we have your content. The honest bottleneck is almost never the building — it is waiting on photographs and text.
No. Custom development is quoted per project, so you know the figure before we start rather than watching a clock.
You do. The account, the code, the domain and the content. We do not hold anything that would make leaving us difficult.
We can, for £150 a year, on the websites we build. It is entirely optional — if you would rather host elsewhere we will give you everything you need to do that. Shopify stores are hosted by Shopify, so this does not apply to them.
If you want us to. Maintenance starts at £200 a month and there is no obligation to take it. Plenty of people have a site built and never need us again, which is fine.
Technical and on-page foundations from £350. What that covers depends on the size of the site and the catalogue — it is not the same job on every project. We will not promise rankings, because nobody can honestly promise them.
You get in touch, we agree which site and what matters to you, we invoice you, and you receive a written report with prioritised recommendations. There is no basket and no checkout.
Yes. Small defined jobs get a fixed price so you are not watching a clock.
No. There is no lock-in anywhere in what we do.
