About
A software company that counts stock
BRYVO makes tools for businesses that have shelves, staff and not much patience for software.
The short version
Why any of this exists
BRYVO started because the software small businesses are offered tends to come in two shapes. Either it's built for a chain with a finance department, priced accordingly and full of things you'll never open. Or it's a spreadsheet somebody's cousin made, held together with hope.
There's a gap in the middle: a shop with two hundred product lines, four staff and a stockroom that nobody has counted properly since spring. That's who we build for.
If a feature doesn't earn its place on a busy Tuesday, it doesn't ship.
How we work
One product at a time, built properly, until the people using it stop finding things wrong with it. SHELF came first because stock is where small retailers quietly lose the most money without ever seeing a number that explains it.
What's next
FLOW is in development — checklists and everyday processes, so the jobs that have to happen actually happen. SHIFT follows it — shift scheduling for hourly teams. Same approach both times: standalone tools, one job each, done properly.
Where we're at
No exaggeration
What we won't do
Lines we don't cross
Easier to write these down early than to argue with ourselves about them later.
Hold your data hostage
Export is free, complete and always available — including the day after you cancel.
Charge by the head
Adding a Saturday assistant shouldn't cost you more than the software did.
Sell you a suite
Each tool stands alone. Buying one will never quietly commit you to the next.
Hide the price
It's on the website. There's no quote, no discovery call, no per-seat calculator.
Bury support
No ticket maze. You reach someone who can actually change the code.
Ship half a thing
A feature either works properly on a busy Tuesday or it waits.
Come and have a look
SHELF is live and doing real work in real shops.
